Temper Mental catches Pegasus in a mood. Zeus’s lightning bolts are suddenly available, and a troublesome anchor who got a little carried away has become the obvious target. Clouds churn around them while the anchor, ordinarily the very definition of staying put, finds itself somewhere it was never meant to go.

The disagreement turns a storm into a temper tantrum of mythological proportions. Weight has become airborne, freedom has become cranky and divine power is being used to settle an absurdly specific grievance. Sometimes even the creatures capable of rising above things would rather throw lightning at them.
