Transformation in the space between extremes
Life is always becoming.
We carry what has been toward what has not yet arrived, making choices from a present where the whole picture is never quite visible. Attention pulls us. Experience shapes us. Possibilities appear, disappear and change form.
LiminalForge exists in that space between what is and what could be.
We are a creative ventures company working across strategy, design, art and narrative to recognize possibility, give it form and move it into the world.
The work draws from business and systems, architecture and experience, culture and sustainability, writing and visual art—not as separate departments, but as working territory. Different questions require different ways of seeing. Different possibilities require different ways of making.
A question can become a strategy.
A strategy can become an experience.
An experience can become an object.
An object can become a story.
A story can change what becomes possible next.

Where potential meets possibility, we make what wants to live next.
One forge, many tools.
LiminalForge works through four distinct creative practices.
Each has its own discipline, voice, audience and body of work. They aren't categories imposed on the same service. They are different ways of engaging possibility—from deciding what deserves to become real, to shaping how it is experienced, seen and remembered.
FarOut looks forward.
Innovation strategy for businesses deciding what comes next.
BeHeld gives experience form.
Spatial storytelling and production for moments worth carrying forward.
RebelFor changes the view.
Fine art that challenges convention and makes another way of seeing visible.
GoodBoy carries meaning through time.
Narrative philosophy told through whatever medium lets the story live fully.
Together, they give LiminalForge unusual range: ideas can move between strategy, experience, image and story without losing the thread that made them matter in the first place.

FarOut Consulting
Innovation for middle business
See farther. Find the way forward.
The best advisor isn't the one who promises everything.
It's the one you trust to tell you what they see.
FarOut works with businesses facing consequential possibilities. We look wide enough to see connections others miss, close enough to understand what will actually work, and far enough ahead to distinguish momentum from direction.
That requires rigor and intuition. Candor with compassion. Challenge born from respect. The adaptability to change course when the evidence does. And accountability for the advice we put into the world.
We won't always tell you what you expect to hear. We will tell you why. Because strategy is ultimately an act of trust: seeing something together clearly enough to decide what deserves to become real.

BeHeld Design
Spatial storytelling & production
Make a moment worth keeping.
Real life may be the closest we get to eternity.
A table where everyone you love once sat. A wedding whose flowers disappeared but whose feeling didn't. A room transformed for one evening. An object that quietly carries a person, place or time long after the occasion has passed.
Milestones become memory. Some memories become part of us.
BeHeld designs for that possibility.
We begin with real people, real places, real budgets and real needs, then ask what more the moment could hold. Occasions become experiences that meet practical needs without stopping at practicality. Spaces become expressions. Objects become keepsakes. Details become the things someone unexpectedly remembers years later.
We cannot stop time.
But we can make something worthy of lingering within it.

RebelFor Studio
The fine art of truth becoming
Another world is always in view.
Art invites us to gaze into a world seen through someone else's attention. Sometimes it speaks loudly. Sometimes softly. Sometimes the artist has something very particular to say, and sometimes the work refuses to explain itself at all. The exchange happens somewhere between what the artist made and what the viewer brings. That is where RebelFor lives.
Much of the art now called inevitable was once considered too strange, too crude, too emotional, too commercial, too unfinished; or simply not enough of whatever art was supposed to be.
Good. Art gives possible futures somewhere to appear before the rest of the world has language for them. It can confront convention, charm it, ridicule it, mourn it, seduce it or simply show that another way of seeing was there all along.
RebelFor is a courageous, constructive contradiction to the conventional—made to charm and challenge. Buy something because you like looking at it. Collect it because it moves you. Stand in front of it and see what happens.
Every piece carries a story.
What it says depends partly on where you're standing.

GoodBoy Press
Multimedia narrative philosophy
Stories for everywhere we've been and many we haven't yet.
GoodBoy makes stories about being human in worlds that don't always behave themselves. Some look backward at what happened. Others wonder what might have happened, what could happen, or what absolutely should not happen but probably will anyway.
They wander through longing, lust and love; sadness and death; heartache and adventure; stillness, redemption and the unexpected. Some are awkwardly beautiful. Others elegantly uncomfortable. Often they're both.
GoodBoy is multimedia narrative philosophy: stories shaped by the form that lets them live most fully. A book, a film, a stage, an image, an interaction—or something else entirely. The medium changes according to the audience and the world the story needs to create.
The fascination doesn't.
There are many ways to knit a story together.
GoodBoy intends to make quite a few of them.

From Gerod + Bodee
We believe possibility needs company.
LiminalForge grew from the conviction that what we hold becomes more valuable when it moves into relationship.
An idea can change a business for the better. A gathering can become a memory people carry for years. An image can change what someone sees. A story can give language to something they knew, but couldn't quite name.
That’s why we forge ideas into change through strategy, experience, art and story. Not everything needs to become bigger. But the things that matter deserve the chance to become more alive, more useful, more beautiful, and more shared.

Come for what fits. Stay curious about the rest.
Bravely, we grow.
