LiminalForge
A creative services foundry
LiminalForge is a house of practices spanning four disciplines: innovation strategy, spatial design, visual art, and narrative philosophy. Each one draws on the same body of thinking. Each one makes the others sharper. Together they cover every direction a person, organization, or culture might need to move.
The work happens at the threshold, where what something is meets what it could become, and the pressure of that meeting does something real. A forge in the oldest sense: a place where raw material enters, honest attention is applied, and something more fully itself comes out.
Because the between is where the actual work happens. Not the edges, not the extremes. The living middle, where transformation is possible and nothing has hardened yet. That’s the territory LiminalForge is built for.
What we do
Every practice here exists for a different kind of need. Together, they cover every direction a person, organization, or culture might need to move.

Strategy and innovation for purpose-driven middle businesses navigating meaningful change. For leaders who refuse to choose between growth and integrity.

Spatial design for moments that matter. For anyone who wants the room to tell the story before anyone says a word.

Fine art that asks how attention, belief, and identity transform over time. For the collector who needs the work to be true.

Stories that hold tension, contradiction, and vulnerability without resolving them too quickly. For readers who recognize themselves in complexity.
Manifesto
This is the work of the liminal space. Not fixing what’s broken. Forging what’s next.
We work at the threshold where potential becomes form — where a strategy stuck in its own gravity finally moves, where a story finds the nerve to tell the truth, where a space stops being a backdrop and starts holding the people inside it, where art stops decorating and starts demanding something.
Each practice here works with a different kind of energy. RebelFor works with fire — the force that transforms, that burns through fixed meaning to find what’s underneath. GoodBoy works with water — deep, connective, finding its way into every space between people and staying there. FarOut works with air — expansive, far-seeing, carrying the charge of what a business could become if it stopped optimizing for the wrong things. BeHeld works with earth — grounding, holding, making the invisible architecture of a moment into something people can actually feel.
Different forces. Different methods. One aim: a world where people and organizations move with the full range of what they are — not defended against complexity, but equipped to work with it.
Practices of LiminalForge

Business innovation for middle business
FarOut is a strategy and innovation practice built for purpose-driven, independently held businesses navigating moments of meaningful change — generational transitions, strategic reinvention, the bold move that’s been on the table too long.
Most consulting optimizes for scale, speed, or shareholder optics. FarOut exists for organizations complex enough to matter and nimble enough to evolve — helping them do so deliberately, with the full range of their value in view and clarity about what they’re trading to get there.
FarOut is for leaders who refuse to choose between growth and integrity, and want a practice that doesn’t ask them to.

Spatial storytelling production
BeHeld is a spatial design practice for moments that matter — events, interiors, temporary installations — that treats space as an active participant in human experience, not a backdrop.
Most spaces are optimized for function or spectacle. BeHeld designs for how people actually feel being there. For how a room can hold someone emotionally, socially, practically — so that gathering, transition, or celebration feels intentional rather than accidental.
BeHeld is for anyone planning a moment deserving more than a venue and a vendor list. They want the room to tell the story before anyone says a word.

Graphic fine art of truth becoming
RebelFor is a fine art practice centered on subverted icon symbolism — taking the visual language everyone already knows and asking what happens when familiar shapes carry unfamiliar weight.
The work doesn’t illustrate or decorate. It prods, probes, and posits. It asks how attention, belief, and identity evolve over time — not by explaining the answer, but by building something that won’t let you look away.
RebelFor is for collectors who read the room differently than most. Who buy art because it does something to them, not because it matches anything. Who need the work to be true.

Multimedia narrative philosophy
GoodBoy Press develops narratives, screenplays, and other non-visual media that explore ethics, identity, and transformation without flattening them into lessons.
Most stories resolve the tension. GoodBoy holds it — so readers can recognize themselves in the complexity rather than be told what to conclude. The work spans written, visual, and experimental formats, using story as a way to examine how people become who they are within the structures that surround them.
GoodBoy is for readers who’ve always felt the gap between the story they were handed and the one they were actually living.
